Cowgirls and headstocks
The cowgirl decal and custom headstock logo decal were both applied today! I'll pick the glorious instrument up tomorrow and put up new pics.
The instrument is in a state of flux, yet again. Mad scientist, guitarist and guitar-tech extraordinaire Sam Hubbell had an epiphany after the decals were in place. "What she needs," explained Sam, "is a hand-tooled leather pickguard." Ah, the insight. After a quick Google, we found El Dorado Hand-Tooled Pickguards for Telecasters. That's a big 10-4, good buddy. The good folks at El Dorado have committed to a custom job that will fit a P-90 pickup. Woo-hoo!
