I stopped by to see mad scientist, guitarist and guitar-tech extraordinaire Sam Hubbell and dropped off the fabulous Baritone Tele neck from the good people at Warmoth. By itself it just looks like a neck, but held beside a regular neck, it looks like the beast it is.
Sam also got the pickups and bridge on order. He's going to see if American Deluxe tuners will handle the larger diameter strings and, if so, will use them to avoid using a string tree. The pieces are almost in place. Everyone together now - who loves you, baby?
