It's been a whirlwind tour since last Wednesday, with stops in Burlington, Nashville, and now Chicago. I'll be home tomorrow night; it will be good to sleep in my own bed! I haven't touched an instrument in a week, I look forward to playing in the next few days.

The marketing work hasn't stopped, though, and we're nearing the end of Phase I. There is and has been much behind the scenes work happening and more yet to come. This morning I captured conceptual notes on a new and exciting idea that ties in from a completely different angle. I'm looking forward to the next phase. In the meantime I've made some minor tweaks to this site, my Twitter site, and my facebook profile.

With the stupendous amount of air travel over the last few days I've enjoyed the wonder that is the iPod with a pair of Bose Noise Canceling headphones to listen to some music. I am using Twitter to microblog what's spinning, to use a rather archaic term, under the title of "Now playing:". I'm also tweeting concerts; tonight's show was Todd Rundgren in Chicago, an excellent show I might add. And, of course, I'm tweeting other music related updates, as well. I have my tweets showing up in the menu bar to the left of this blog, another way for you to keep tabs on what's happening with my music.

In addition to the marketing work, I'm planning on two fronts; the next release and live performance. Too early for details. I will share, however, on this morning's flight I captured conceptual notes on a completely different concept for the next project. That gives me three competing ideas, all of which I find exciting. Decisions to be made later.

Now, time for bed.
