Hell yes they are!
On Saturday we printed out all of the packing slips, except for those orders that came in Sunday and today, of course, and addressed all of the boxes. We received our shipment of CDs from the plant around 6:00 pm and went to work. I promised to autograph all preorders, that meant we had to remove the shrink-wrap and security strip from the CDs, autograph the discs, and package them for shipping. It was an assembly line and looked like a sweat shop operation with Stefan opening CDs, me autographing and transporting CDs to the packaging table, and Miss Hollis packing the CDs. We listened to
One Feather Shy while we worked. What a thrill.
Tomorrow morning we'll complete the cycle of commerce with a stop by the post office for shipment.
Guerrilla marketing work continues, one step at a time. The response continues to be positive and supportive from those we touch.
I got a note from Lee Fletcher. Lee reviewed my submissions for the second [halo]
Covers Venture track and responded in the affirmative. I look forward to hearing what Lee does with the contributions from around the globe.
