Batch 125 - Weizenbier

Ingredients (5 gallons)

6 lbs. Breiss Wheat Malt Extract
1.5 oz. Hallertau Hops Pellets (3.9A) boiling
0.5 oz. Hallertau Hops Pellets (3.9A) finishing
1 pkg. Wyeast #3068 Wheinstephen Wheat liquid yeast
7.25 gallons Spring water

Estimated HBU's - 5.8 (1.3 per gallon)

F.G.: 1.008

Add extracts and boiling hops to 7.5 gallons filtered tap water at boil for 60 minutes.
Add finishing hops at 15 minutes.
At 60 minutes remove from heat.
At 60 minutes cool and add to fermenter.
Pitched yeast at 75 degrees.
